The only difference is that one tried to fly and was murdered when he arrived in Rwanda. This one was at least lucky that he returned back to Dar es Salaam. I fear that his own colleagues invited him to a meeting when they knew that there was danger at home. Eventually they allowed him to fly back to the country. I think there is a dysfunction at the regional level because they should have told him not to run in the first place."
