    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. We truly need to uphold the dignity of this House. When he refers to hon. Musyimi, who is the Chairman of the Departmental Committee--- Instead of referring to him as the Chairman, he is referring to him as a presidential candidate. That is trying to degrade the roles of that Committee and the dignity of the House. Is the hon. Member in order to flout the rules of this House which he knows very well? He should refer to the hon. Member as the Chairman of the Committee or by his name."
