    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as the Speaker of this Senate, you would not like to hear that a Senator has been asked to report to a police station and yet you have no knowledge about what the Senator said. You should know whether the summons arise out of the utterances in this House. We know that we enjoy parliamentary privileges. Therefore, in my view, whoever arrested Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo breached parliamentary privileges. The person should be arrested. We should also know who gave the order and whether it is the Inspector-General of Police. For the policemen to walk into the precincts of Parliament, somebody up there must have given them the order. We would like to know who that person is."
