You are talking of 610 students at Garissa TTC and at the moment only 44 have gone back to college for this term, meaning that 556 have not reported back. We are being told that they cannot be facilitated to go to other colleges even in the face of personal fear for their lives. Is the Government not being too insensitive to the plight of students and their worries about insecurity in that area?"
