We respond to Statements and answer questions. This is not a place for attempts. This is a place where Kenyans are seeking information and they must be given, through their elected representatives. Secondly, the issues at hand are about security. The university was attacked on 2nd April and you are actually confirming that the students are yet to report. Only 44 out of 610 have reported. So, they are giving Garissa University College as an example on the basis of what else you have done. They have even gone further to ask what the Government is doing to ensure that all those institutions are secured. We are worried about all of them. Proceed, Chair!"
