Mwakulegwa has requested, knowing very well that quite a number of roads are under the Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KERRA) in the counties. We know that during the last rains, at least quite a number of roads were affected. I believe that other counties have similar problems. Is it possible for the Chair to tell us what KERRA is doing for all roads within our counties which have been affected by the last rains? In Kajiado, a number of bridges and roads have been swept away. So what is KERRA doing for those roads?"
