"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I lend my hand and voice to this unfair, illegal, unlawful and flights of fancy by the County Government of Kiambu. I would like to ask the MCAs of Kiambu to come here tomorrow because we will be discussing the regulations with regard to the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act Regulations. This practice where money that is allocated for development is diverted for functions that are not for development will soon come to an end. All is not lost. What is remaining is to take legal action so that proper sanctions are taken against the persons who are involved. This is like a broken record. We have heard about this for too long. Time has come for us to start doing the Nigerian thing; jail a few people."
