    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 19 be amended in sub-section (2) by deleting the words “review and” appearing immediately after the words “each year for” at the end of the paragraph. It is important that we make that amendment. I think that if Members want to read the import of it is when they put in the word “review and”; then they can see that it is important that we make that adjustment."
