    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move:- That, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1)by deleting the word “may” appearing immediately after the words “public entity”. What it means is that the final report by the internal auditor which has been deliberated on and adopted by an audit committee of a State organ or public entity be copied to the Auditor- General. It should not be “maybe”. That is the discretion we are trying to avoid. If you remove “May” then obviously it means that it must be done. I am not a lawyer but I think that makes it."
