    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir. I oppose on the grounds that I think this is being given the wrong interpretation. It is not the officers who are going to be audited who will vet an officer. Generally, any officer handling matters of security has to be vetted by the Director of security intelligence. In any way, he will not know whether these people will audit him or not. Therefore, I think we should not really put a spanner into things that can be worked in a better way. Vetting is very important. How can you say that matters of security remain confidential if the one handling that confidentiality is not vetted? They have to be vetted and it is not against the Constitution."
