    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Constitution was promulgated last year in August. The provision of caring for the elderly is compulsory. However, the Government and the Ministry have been very sensitive to the plight of its poor people and we started this program early. However, as I have told you, money is the biggest problem. As soon as we get the money, we should be able to consider every district and every person who deserves it in the country."
