    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause 2 by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting thereof the following new paragraph: (a) challenge any administrative action or decision in accordance with the procedure set out under the Commission of Administrative Justice Act, 2011 or any successor to the Commission on Administrative Justice under Section 55 of the Commission in Administrative Justice Act.
