    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- That, Clause 33 be amended in sub-clause (2) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (f)- f (a) promote preference and reservation schemes for residents of the county to ensure a minimum of twenty percent in public procurement at the county. Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, this is simply an amendment to ensure that persons within the counties also get a chance to participate in supply through the procurement process."
