    "content": "we, as a House, have been asking Governors not to go to court but to come to the House. Now, if they decide on one matter, maybe they have seen the light. We cannot change our own position just because now they have heeded our call. So, the Message is properly before the House and the Committee of the House will deal with the matter, give us a report and all of us will have an opportunity to make whatever interventions we need at that particular time. Let us proceed."
