    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for recognizing and welcoming the Members of the County Assembly of Nandi. As the Senator for Nandi and on their behalf, we want to thank the Senate. The issues we have discussed here, maybe the reason why we have not seen a petition coming from Nandi County is because the County Assembly of Nandi is doing a good job. Thank you for the opportunity that you continue to give the County Assembly of Nandi and the other county assemblies to enhance their capacity and for them to learn from the Senate. I hope that they will have fruitful engagement with us."
