    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. I am not aware of any commitment made in 2008 to upgrade the above-mentioned roads to bitumen standards. The roads mentioned fall under the responsibility of the Constituency Roads Committee and funds are sent there every year under the purview of the Member of Parliament to ensure that the roads are maintained. Nevertheless, my Ministry has reviewed the classification of roads under the Roads Sector Investment Programme that will be used to identify priorities for the purpose of maintenance and upgrading of these roads."
