    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I do not want to overemphasise the sentiments of my colleagues but the leadership of both Houses of Parliament should craft a way of ensuring that at some point relevant Committees from both Houses meet so that they can iron out some of the little issues that keep coming up. During the law making process, we waste a considerable amount of time, trying to take Bills to both Houses. If the leadership from both Houses can sit down, they can come up with a mechanism for relevant Committees from both Houses to meet at some point and agree on issues like the ones we are dealing with here, so that we can make progress in terms of making laws for this country."
