    "content": "Disposal Bill. As a Member of the Committee, we sat and looked at all the amendments which the Senate brought. In essence, as the Chairman has said, we found that most of the amendments were enhancing the Bill and others were just adding some semantics. As far as Clause 165 is concerned, despite protracted debate on it, we came to a consensus that we should agree with the Senate. I believe the Bill now is in order and it can be passed. I beg to support."
