    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. First of all, I disagree. I heard the Mover, the Majority Whip, when he was moving the Motion and he mentioned that some of these proposed amendments by the Senate contravene some of the sections. I totally agree. The Senate has a right to give us their views and thinking, but I totally agree that some of those amendments, which have already been agreed upon, are supposed to improve the Bill especially under Clause 32."
