"content": "I concur with the amendments on clauses 26, 40 and 41, which did not have a lot of issues. However, if you look at Clause 32, and I remember when we were contributing to the Bill when it came before the House, we said that there are some words which are very dangerous when they are used in any Act. An example is in Clause 32 where they are proposing that we delete the word “may” and substitute with the word “shall”. I totally agree with the Committee when I heard that these are some of the things that they did not agree with. It might be very dangerous to insert such words."
