    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, all that I can assure the hon. Member is that, indeed, the roads in question are within our priority listing. However, as you may be aware, we normally forward our proposals to the Treasury. Upon reviews of what amounts will be available for the next budget, they are able to give us a particular ceiling. I can assure the hon. Member that we will, indeed, try to prioritize and also ask the support of hon. Members in this House. For the construction of all those roads to materialize, the Ministry will require a bigger budget."
