    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. To put a threshold for being an Auditor-General at Masters level is against a majority of qualified people in Kenya. The Cabinet Secretaries who are superior to the Auditor-General are not required to have Masters Degree. In other jurisdictions, for example India, they do not require a postgraduate qualification to be an Auditor-General. Therefore, we are proposing that amendment to be rejected."
