    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to support the view expressed by Hon. Angwenyi. This for me is superfluous and unnecessarily raising the bar. In fact, there are Auditors-Generals who are not even graduates but they do a much thorough job than even those who are graduates. This is because there are qualifications that they can go through that include experience which will make them be capable without necessarily having a degree. The fact that we have put the bar at the degree level is good enough and I think we should reject this amendment."
