I support the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade and the Committee in rejecting the proposed “postgraduate” inclusion in the Bill. The reason being ordinarily the standard is first degree and the other one an added advantage. Therefore, we cannot put added advantage to be a compulsory standard.
