    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to agree with the chairman. I am opposing the amendment by the Senate. This is because in normal boards, even though the members may be appointed by the Principal Secretary, the chair is normally appointed by the President. I think it is just procedural that we do not really deviate from this norm. I support the rejection."
