    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, my job is to ask for money from the Treasury, just as any other department of the Government of Kenya does. You are aware that we had asked for Kshs81 billion for police reforms. This sum includes monies intended for provision of good housing for police officers. We have tried. Previously, police officers were living in dungeons. We have now managed to come up with good housing in Kakamega, Kisumu and Nairobi, and we continue to work towards providing good housing for police officers."
