He has said that he has allocated Kshs4.2 million, at least, to start off the rehabilitation of this infrastructure. I am talking about our men and women in uniform, policemen, who are living in houses with no windows or roofs. That is the reality at Illeret and Sabarek. How soon can this be implemented, so that these officers can live in decent conditions as they give a very patriotic service to this nation?"
