From the outset, I want to compliment the Members from both Houses for having agreed on this Report, and given us a way forward. The Constitution provides clear functions for the membership of both Houses. The Senate has a role to play. As Members of the National Assembly, we also have a role to play to ensure that we safeguard the Constitution.
