    "content": "The issue of the civil society should have been looked at differently. The civil society is very important in reminding people in authority, namely the Executive, the Legislature and even the Judiciary, that things need to be done in a certain way, particularly with regard to timelines in our new Constitution. That should have been dealt with separately. We need to find out how we can get the civil society into the law. If it has been passed, we can still do it administratively."
