    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, one of the problems with the currency is the CBK Act which has not been enacted. It is stuck somewhere in the pipeline. Could the Chairman in the process, clarify to the nation the status of the proposed CBK Act which should have been enacted immediately after the commencement of the new Constitution? The Act is expected to dictate how the Governor of CBK will be appointed. This crisis appears to be premeditated or orchestrated."
