    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, may I remind the Vice Chairperson of this Committee, who declared himself to be one of the most senior and powerful members of the Jubilee Government; Chapter 1, Article 2 (2) of the Constitution states:- “No person may claim or exercise State authority except as authorised under this Constitution.” This Constitution as per Article 2(1) is supreme. Your answer is totally breaching Article 249 (2) of this Constitution which only mandates the IEBC to do, not what you desire to do using the Cabinet. You need to apologise to the country for violating the Constitution."
