    "content": "Standing Order 94(1) is very clear on being challenged to substantiate. The statement that I made from the Dispatch Box that elections were won fraudulently is my opinion. Unless the Chair is telling this House that Senators cannot hold opinions. We are entitled to our opinions.Somebody can stand up and say Sen. Billow is handsome and I can say he is the most horrendous looking character. That will be my opinion and I am entitled to it. From what I said, I did not disparage or cast aspersions on anybody. I simply said the Jubilee regime won elections fraudulently. That is my opinion and they can hold a contrary opinion to what I hold.
