    "content": "Thank you hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to support the report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee, albeit with some reservations. The budget process in any country is the backbone of the economy. It is the kingpin which shows the direction in which the country is moving, especially in terms of development and finances. It has to be taken seriously and have full participation of all, especially us Members of Parliament, who are tasked to pass the same."
