    "content": "I expect that we will enhance the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) in the CDF Act, having seen that CDF has done a lot in this country, and having seen that the CDF has worked across the board to assist people in our constituencies in terms of education, infrastructure development, putting up of classrooms and even paying fees for needy children. We need a bigger kitty, so that we can put up administrative offices for our chiefs, policemen and other critical public servants. This will enhance our contribution to the economy."
