    "content": "My fear, and that is what a lot of colleagues here may not appreciate, is that we can sit here, make amendments which can burst the ceilings. So, we need the Treasury with us as we consult so that we do not burst the ceilings and begin to create macro-economic problems for this country going forward. It is not enough to just say we have powers as the National Assembly to make the final decisions. That we can do. However, we need the Treasury with us as we make those consultations so that we observe certain fiscal disciplines. My plea is that this House be recalled next week around Tuesday or thereabout. That will give us time to suspend everything we are doing so that we can do the consultations and then I table a report. However, the Treasury must be there."
