    "content": "This is a good opportunity for us, as Members of Parliament, and especially those of us who do not belong to any Departmental Committees and who, therefore, did not have an opportunity to present budget proposals to the Budget and Appropriations Committee. I would request all Members to go through the schedule that we have been given. It shows a lot of anomalies that we can flag out and raise with the relevant Departmental Committees before they eventually go to the Budget and Appropriations Committee."
