    "content": "After two years of doing this, we need to find a relationship. I understand the frustrations of my good friend, Hon. Chepkong’a. If the work of his Departmental Committee can just be an exercise in futility, then it does not make sense. First of all, it tends to show that as Members, we do not even respect each other. We can be working here and then, after we present our decisions to the Budget and Appropriations Committee, nothing is taken on board. So, these things are of concern. Please, let us know that ultimately we have to do it in the interest of the Kenyan public."
