    "content": "I take this opportunity to advise CSs to accord the business of the House the seriousness that it deserves and inform them that the House will not hesitate to take the necessary sanctions provided in the Constitution. As elucidated above, I rule that amendments submitted by the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations, having sat and resolved to do so, could be admissible in the circumstances."
