It relates to the Approval of the Mediated Version of the Environmental Management and Co- ordination (Amendment) Bill, (National Assembly Bill No. 31 of 2014). Pursuant to Standing Order Nos.41 and 150, I wish to report that I have received a Message from the Senate conveying the Approval of the Mediated Version of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Amendment) Bill, (National Assembly Bill, No.31 of 2014). This now confirms that the Bill may be presented for assent pursuant to Article 113(3) of the Constitution, having been passed by the two Houses. Thank you, hon. Members."
