    "content": "It is, therefore, our hope that if monies are raised by Government through austerity measures, for instance through the electronic procurement, then resources should be allocated towards those priority areas. Speaker, the expenditure adjustments that have been made are mostly resource re- allocations proposed by various Departmental Committees to ensure that key priority areas that are likely to have the greatest impact on socio-economic development receive adequate funding."
