    "content": "If you look at the current Board, the summary says that the revenue, expenditure and borrowings are going up. I am really worried that the expenditure is increasing more than revenue. The Estimated Revenue is increasing, but at a slower pace than the expenditure. What it means is that this country is going to depend more on borrowing which is good, but any country should also be looking at sustainability and ensure that revenue grows faster than expenditure. If I look at the Development Vote versus the Recurrent Vote, I can say that it is a good trend. We are almost attaining 50 per cent."
