    "content": "On the social sector, employment of teachers is critical. We should put a lot of money into hiring of teachers. In fact, there is a suggestion to employ up to 10,000 teachers. I suggest that we double the number to 20,000 teachers because the more children we have in school, the more teachers we need in order to give quality education."
