    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am sure you heard the hon. Senator saying that he is even ready to go and beg, knock doors of a Cabinet Secretary to get a Statement. It should be noted here that nobody is doing us a favour by bringing these statements to this House. It is our constitutional right. The Constitution gives us powers similar to the powers of the High Court under Article 125 of the Constitution, to summon anybody. Is he in order to imply that he will be going to beg for statements when he knows that he has powers to summon these people to give these statements and evidence?"
