    "content": "Truly speaking, I would rather have this Head of State than any other if he has to come from the Jubilee Coalition. That is why I am asking this question. Secondly, I think that we should not take for granted what the Senate Minority Leader has said; that it has been in the media that the host of that conference is someone by the name Mr. Milken. That gentleman was prosecuted and jailed for more than ten years for internal trading inside the Wall Street, more that 20 or 30 years ago. We want to know under what circumstances some conman can come to put a case to the President and tell him that there is a nice meeting in Los Angeles where he is likely to meet Mr. Harrison Ford and make business out of the trip. Is there some standard rule to ensure that the President only goes to meetings which have been organized in a certain fashion? I plead with the Vice Chairperson that we have proper answers to these questions. Otherwise, we may wake up one day and find somebody else, who wears a turban, as President of the Republic of Kenya.
