    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I heard my sister, Sen. Dullo, say that we have not lost anything. We actually lost colossal amounts of money. Presidential trips are expensive. The fact that this trip did not materialize means that we lost so much of the tax payer’s money. Secondly, representation by the Cabinet Secretary, Mr. Fred Matiang’i, is not the same as representation by the Head of State, in any kind of meeting, especially where you have mentioned the various levels. Is Government considering action against those who had planned this aborted trip?"
