    "content": "Mr. Speaker Sir, the Standing Orders also give allowance for tradition and custom. We have referred to some as “Learned Senator”. When the Senator for Bungoma referred to Sen. Adan as gracious, she did not object. I do not see why Sen. (Dr.) Zani objected. We have always referred to her as “Dr.” we should just refer to her as “that one”."
