Sijeny for the effort she put into formulating this Bill and the passion she showed, putting into account that we are talking about nearly 52 per cent of women who most of the time carry these issues, but not forgetting that men are also involved in one way or another. This is because, when there is a family that is missing a child, then it affects both the man and the woman. So, we are talking about a big proportion that is going to be touched by this Bill.
