    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, just to ride on what you have communicated; one, the time is not there. It is not just by coincidence that this Message is communicated to the Senate at this hour. It was a deliberate effort to make sure that we act under total harassment to meet the deadline. If you look at the time given for the Members to sit down and negotiate, it is very short. Secondly, it is very clear that such appointments must meet the requirements of the Constitution. If you look at the names, you will realise that there is no gender balance. Members have been picked from one gender and it is being done deliberately so that there is confusion. They want us to cite the lack of gender considerations and send it back, yet time is running out. The National Assembly is driving this country into a crisis. This House does not consider political affiliation when transacting business, but there is division along political party lines in the National Assembly.
