    "content": "When somebody signs for a quarry, he also signs for compensation of people who are hurt when they are on duty. What we do not have is the one that is disused. The assumption was that quarries that have been abandoned, must be backfilled. That report will raise a number of issues. We visited the site with NEMA members.
