I need a clarification on what this House should do with Regulations, because it is not clear in my mind. Are these Regulations made by independent bodies for debate or just for records? I think we need to debate them, especially the ones that have to do with the operations of the police, so that we act as per the wishes of Kenyans. I request for some guidance, hon. Speaker.
